Mission and Objectives Hydro-Comp is an international information technology and consulting group of companies specialising in integrated management systems and related consulting services for the Utility industry and the Government.

Main Activities Hydro-Comp has developed the“EDAMS” suite of Management Systems. The various built in data models share a common Land Information System (EDAMS-LIS) as the foundation to define the additional processes and functionality required for the Government/municipal departments to perform their work on maintaining land/property/resources data in an integrated manner. EDAMS Assets Infrastructure Management system is fully integrated with leading Graphical Information Systems (GIS), it transforms it into a true property management system through the association of element topology and zoning characteristics to network data.
