Formal Mandate Mouchel collect environmental monitoring data on behalf of various public authorities in regards to air, water, ecology, waste and noise for EIA and reporting purposes. We collect, process, QC/QA, store, analyse and disseminate/publish for or on behalf of our clients using SDIs.
Main Activities Mouchel covers a variety of themes within each of the Annexes of the INSPIRE Directive with particular incidence on Environmental Monitoring Facilities theme. We design, implement, manage and collect data from a variety of networks and provide those information to both national and local public authorities.
