INSPIRE Network Services Regulation adopted (Discovery and View )

The INSPIRE Discovery and View Services Regulation (EC 976/2009) was adopted by the commission on the 19 October 2009. The regulation has been published in the Official Journal of the European Union, OJ number L 274 Volume 52 20 October 2009 and shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication (article (5)).
